We are not able to include gift messages with packages. Any notes submitted with your order that are meant to be a gift message will not be included with the package to the recipient.

Both the design colors and garment/fabric colors will vary due to how they are interpreted digitally on various screens vs seeing with the naked eye. We do our best to represent the colors as accurately as possible but cannot compensate for color representation via electronic devices.

We use Gildan brand as our main source of crewneck sweatshirts and hoodies. When demand is high we will look for alternate labels to fulfill orders, matching the original garment color that you have chosen. These alternate labels could include Hanes or Jerzees, for example.

All sweatshirt and hoodie styles are men’s fit. Men’s fit is straight lines, and often longer in length than ladies shirts. Although we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, our recommendation is to order according to your regular size, or one size different, depending on the fit you desire. Oversizing is easy to accomplish by selecting at least one to two sizes larger than your normal size.

Care Instructions:

Due to the ink application of the design it is recommend to:

♦ turn the garment inside out before washing
♦ use a gentle detergent
♦ hang the garment to air dry
♦ do not iron over the printed design
♦ do not dry clean the garment

Production times vary by season but are usually 1-3 business days. We make every effort to keep inventory details current, but if a size or color is not available we will reach out to you for an alternate selection.

Each item we sell is considered a custom order and is produced AFTER we receive your order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, as we send orders into production as soon as possible. Items that are already in production cannot be canceled.
